Three Wayfarers

Greg, Anthony and Paul. Three outgoing young men we met on Campo Santa Margherita, our favorite place in Venice to have a nice Spritz. Three English guys on their way to discover the world. I gave them some tips for Rome and recommanded not to bypass Napoli please... I hope they will enjoy the fantastic "cittá Partenopea". Maybe they will keep us informed on this very post. Hi Guys! 

Lazzaretto Nuovo

The 17th and 19th April's images where taken in the small island of the Lazzaretto Nuovo, in front of Sant' Erasmo Island on the Venetian lagoon. Here is a third one, showing one of the buildings on this island which was, centuries ago, the place where people suspected of having contracted what was called the "Black death" where sent in quarantine.
