Perfect place to use this lens, Pierre. I recognized it immediately (though last time I stood here the stairs in the foreground—and most of the Fondamenta del Socorso—were under water). This looks like the dawn of a gorgeous day.

You've outdone yourself. The distortion is the perfect emphasis, and the colors are superb.
In 2010 we stayed in an apartment at this spot and had this lovely view our our windows. I keep a photo on my iPod screen so I can view it every day.
